(life seed)

presented by Nic Hager

(life seed)

"Please wake me from this dream, I wish to sleep now."

One woman learns how to shed her sense of self and explore alternate means of renewal, re-creation, and life. Let go of your hangups, your illusions (or disillusions) about what life is "supposed" to be -- the kind of life you are supposed to live, the rules you are expected to play by. Can you reclaim your world and start life anew on your own terms? It is only in false starts that you begin to recognize what it is to start; what the beginning looks like.

Life happens. You have to keep pace.

Not a five Kitty show but very close. I really enjoyed this performance. Give them a try.

I saw this show on a whim and was pleasantly surprised, it seemed pretty high-art but was relatable. I really enjoyed the sterility of the set and the simplicity of the costumes really let the performances shine. The high-lights of the show for me were when the brown haired actress sings this really haunting song in the middle while she is getting ripped apart and all the facial expressions of the blonde actress were fantastic to watch. This is a good example of someone taking lo-tech and making it work for their show instead of treating it like a hiderance. I would see it again!
