First show I wanted to walk out of

I've been going to the Fringe Festival shows for 10 years. This was the first show I desperately wanted to walk out of. But I respect the artist for trying and it was a story that is worthwhile. However, the dialogue was spoken way too softly - I'm sure I missed important dialogue because I couldn't hear the actor and because of the noise of the bowling alley and kitchen noises next to the stage. Too many quiet lag gaps - at one point I thought the show was over - it wasn't. The actor went off stage and didn't come back for what seemed like a very long time. The people sitting around me were obviously uncomfortable too - body language was unmistakable. I will say that I did enjoy his show from last year's Fringe - so I was expecting a good show. Maybe with another actor - making it a two person show?
It didn't work for me

Two problems: 1-His voice was so soft that it was very difficult to hear him over the background noise of the bowling alley. 2-The differentiation of his characters left you not always knowing whichcharacter was present.
He did have a story that I think was worth telling but it would have worked far better with two performers.
A Must Not See

Unfortunately this show fell way short. The direction of the show was poor, the language unclear and the scenes of support groups I found very insulting. I was confused for the majority of the show, there was no distinction between the different characters and a show that was poorly put together.
To the cast and crew of the show, please be sure to workshop the piece before putting yourself out there without knowing what the audience feedback for the show is.
I want my money back.
Not there yet - but has potential

It has its moments...and 6,000 vignettes. If you want to see a play still in raw development (I always do), fine. Look forward to seeing it remounted with TWO actors - instead of one actor/writer/director attempting it solo. The disjointed staging - even with an experienced actor - left the action unclear. The "unspoken" of these scenes, as Matthew E. pointed out, is very important for this script...and very hard to convey, here.
