light take on weighty subject

A sweet, charming show about an endlessly fascinating topic (to some of us). Molly & Kari have put together a funny, informative, self-effacing show; the way that they effortlessly made fun of past adolescent traumas gave me a real sense of two likeable, mature gals who were comfortable with who they are. I liked that. I left feeling refreshed and smarter, though people do tend to look at me strangely when I say, "Did you know a really large boob weighs four pounds?"

Not being female I really didn't relate. However, I had a great laugh.

Not perfect, but still really enjoyable.

This dynamic duo runs the gamut of emotions in this true to life look at a pair of women and their boobs. The show as a whole flowed smoothly and revealed much more than their anatomy, it also exposed their hearts. I particularly enjoyed how they approached large breasts from every angle, and really tried to understand what others might think. Kari and Molly are friends in real life and seeing them on stage was a real treat! I would recommend seeing this before it is gone!

Is "I Love Boobs" way too easy?

...well, if I can't be original, I can at least be cheap. Boobs was a great show from start to finish. I loved the variety of styles employed in this show, especially the spoofy beat poetry and audience participation bits. Boobs is definitely one of my favorites of Fringe!

I saw this with three friends from junior high school (yes, we're 50 now) and we laughed hysterically throughout the performance and then kep lapsing into the "Boob Rap" at dinner after the show. Kari and Molly are very funny, honest, and brave discussing their boob-challenged lives. I especially loved the "beat-poet" bits with Kari on the bongos. So much truth, so much silliness, such a good time! A Shockwave Radio Theater Review.

Great fun. Now i have a whole new perspective on the girl we used to call "cannonballs" in eighth grade.

The two gals were very entertaining. I laughed a lot. From their jokes, to their stories and songs, it was all great. Add this to your list.

No naked boobs here...

But the tight shirts were nice... Well how can I not notice if we spent an hour listening to songs and stories about boobs? It was a fun show with a definite teenage humor edge to it. I'm amazed at some of the names that people have for boobs though.... Sweater pillows? Not too bad I suppose.

Good for some laughs

This show is exactly what you would expect. Kari and Molly were creative and worked well together, but you can only swap amusing quips about boobs for so long. They seemed to falter part of the way through and worked a bit harder than necessary. This was a fun, sometimes funny, silly show about boobs.

This variety show of tittie jargon and song was performed by a couple of spunky gals with great stage presence. If it weren't for the many mediums in which they told their tales, I wouldn't have been as intrigued. The premise worked and the "bitches" were great and comfortable with the audience and their mammeries. I rate this piece a 3 out of 5.

There were some very good skits, particularly the 15 year old kids, but a few of the skits were just OK.

the show is fun and kind of campy and accessible with some bright spots (and some less bright spots). at times it felt like Molly and Kari were working harder than they had to to keep the audience engaged; most of the women were enjoying themselves because they could relate and most of the men were enjoying themselves because they think boobs are neat, and the show is plenty of fun just because of how we all deal with the subject.

Great big round bouncy in-your-face show

This is a jolly two-woman discussion that puts the spotlight on the headlights. Contains coarse, frank, and awkward explorations of the merits and perils of life as a mammarily gifted person, with detours for best guesses at the male perspective. Their Fringe-shake brings all the boys to the Gremlin, and all the grrlz too!

Its a show about boobs.

I'll be honest I really like boobs and was really looking forward to this show. And while it did have a lot of talk about boobs in it, the show itself seemed to lose steam about halfway through. The setup and premise was creative and I give huge credit to Molly and Kari for writing a show about their breasts, but after a few scenes the jokes seemed repetitive. Good for some laughs if you check it out, loved the list of names for boobs and the prize.

This show is a great ride from a fantastically funny and genuine duo. Has it all - singing, story telling, role playing... and, um... jock straps?!?!
