Box office policies

Advance sales

We sell a maximum of 70 percent of the tickets for each performance in advance, guaranteeing that there are always tickets available for walk-up purchases.

Advance sales are available until 10 a.m. for shows starting before 5:30 p.m.; advance sales are available until 2:30 p.m. for shows starting at 5:30 p.m. and later.

Payment

Minnesota Fringe accepts cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) at the door.

Make checks payable to "Minnesota Fringe Festival."

Will-call policies

Single tickets purchased in advance are available at the venue box office the day of the show starting 30 minutes before show time. Once tickets are purchased, they are guaranteed and will NOT be resold.

Admission buttons purchased along with single tickets are available for pickup with the ticket(s) at the venue's box office.

For multi-show passes purchased before July 23: Ultra Passes and punch cards purchased before July 23 are mailed to the purchaser along with a printed festival program and any buttons purchased.

For multi-show passes purchased July 23 or later:Ultra Passes and punch cards purchased on and after July 23 are available for pickup at the [[festival concierge desk at Fringe Central]] at Bedlam Theatre (1501 Sixth St. S, Minneapolis). The concierge desk is open starting Thursday, July 30 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday and noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Seating policies

Late Seating

To minimize audience disruption and to keep the festival on schedule, there is no late seating to Fringe shows. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of house management staff.

Kids at Fringe

Every person entering the house must be issued a ticket (paid or complimentary). This includes infants.

Children five years old and under are admitted only into shows designated Kids' Fringe.

Each show has a recommended minimum age. It is up to the parents and guardians to make the final decision if any one show is right for the child in your life. Fringe makes no guarantees about content.

Refunds

Fringe does not offer ticket refunds.

Once they have been issued, tickets and passes are nonrefundable.

Change of policy

All policies are subject to change without notice. All policies are determined by Minnesota Fringe Festival's executive director, who is the final arbiter of Fringe policy.
