The Great Midwestern Drug Circus
Strange, uncomfortable and brilliant by Jean Wolff
Rating: 5 kitties
This show is hard to define, but definitely worth seeing. Don't go in with any expectations. Just let it roll over you. These guys know how to stay in the moment, keeping things, even the most bizarre things, fresh and immediate. If you appreciate honesty in your acting, you'll like this show.

7 (x1) Samurai
Go see it! by Jean Wolff

One guy, two masks, and a whole lot a talent! My friend is a huge Kurosawa fan who knows the source material well, and said that she "saw" everything. I have never seen the film, and so did I. David's ability to paint clear, colorful, beautiful pictures in thin air is astounding. This show is for everyone. Take the kids, take your parents, take a date...just go!

Domino's Pizza Saved My Life

If you enjoy watching a gifted storyteller, talented singer and guitarist, and all-around strong performer, you'll want to catch Dylan Fresco's show. His show weaves together several stories from his and his family's lives in unexpected ways. The show is fun, poignant, heart-felt, and joyful. It's a must-see.

Perchance to Dream
Well done! by Jean Wolff

I don't usually enjoy seeing kids do Shakespeare, because most of the time it just puts me to sleep. They don't know how to handle the language and everything is monotone, etc. Bleh. These kids, for the most part, understood what they were saying and delivered it with lots of energy. In most cases, they really went for it, making and committing to strong choices, and obviously having a great time. Strong cast, well directed, and fun to watch.
