Shows: Kids
Lots of options
With ten shows specifically by or for kids in the festival, we’re proud of this year’s offerings for little Fringers.
All shows are just 60 minutes or less and we’ve taken care to group kids’ shows close together—both on the schedule and on the map.
Kids under 5 years old are admitted only to kid-specific shows.
Kids’ tickets
Tickets for kids 12 years old and under are $5. Kids aren’t required to have a festival admission button (but anyone accompanying them is).
To simplify the box office for busy parents, Fringe offers a kids’ five-show card for $25. Use it for one afternoon with one kid or a big hour with a group!
Tools FOR PARENTS
Because different kids enjoy (and are ready for) different shows, check out the show descriptions and associated genres or warnings first.
Once the festival starts, audiences write show reviews—they’re a fantastic way of researching a show’s content.
Minimum ages: Unless otherwise noted here or on our website, Fringe shows are recommended for people 16 and up. These recommendations are made by individual producers and are not vetted by Fringe.
Warnings: If a show has adult language, violence, nudity or other not-so-kid-friendly content, it’s marked here, on the website and at the box office before the show.
