Since Matthew Foster first joined Fringe in December 2000, he's held a variety of titles, but has concentrated on developing the Fringe's noted Web site, fringefestival.org . Foster brings his staff experience along with artistic experience; since 2000, he's headed the comedy theater troupe Ministry of Cultural Warfare, a favorite of Minnesota Fringe audiences. In addition to the Minnesota Fringe, Foster also sometimes practices his French as a Web and design consultant for the Festival Fringe de Montréal. He most recently worked for the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy and Minnesota Public Radio. |

Mark Franko has been with the Fringe for five years, first as Administrative Assistant, and now as Office Manager. He is a graduate of Moorhead State University with a B.S. in Marketing, and he spent six years working in the financial industry. But his true passion has always been theater. Mark also works part time as an usher at the historic theaters in downtown Minneapolis as well as at Orchestra Hall. |

Robin C. Gillette has served as Executive Director since September 2006. Previously, she was Marketing and Community Relations Manager at Mixed Blood Theatre, Managing Director for Outward Spiral Theatre Company and Producer for Teatro del Pueblo in the Twin Cities. She developed a taste for festivals in New York, where she was Associate Producer for Contemporary Programming at Lincoln Center, as well as spending three years as Production Coordinator for the Lincoln Center Festival. She has also served as production stage manager and general manager for various off-Broadway theaters. |

Jeff is in his 11th year with the Minnesota Fringe, and on his fourth title. He was a venue technician for two years, Technical Director for seven years, and Production and Sponsorship Director for two years. He is a graduate of the U of MN- Twin Cities Theater Department, the Carlson School of Management, and the Lincoln Center Directors Lab, and has worked in nearly every theater in the Twin Cities. |

Allegra Lingo is responsible for recruiting, scheduling and training the house managers who will run the various venues during the festival. She is responsible for audience support and access services, and she oversees the operations of box office central. Allegra is also a writer and performer who has appeared in the Fringe eight times. |

Craig has been responsible for the ongoing development of Minnesota Fringe's online presence since 2007. In addition, Craig has been a volunteer photographer since 2005. Outside of his work for Fringe, Craig is a freelance web developer and photographer with a studio in Northeast Minneapolis. |
